Where’s my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Enter it on our Track Order page.
Ordered more than one item? They may arrive in separate packages. Can’t track your order? Email info@aesthedex.com with your name and order number.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on all orders. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
How do returns work?
You can start a return within 14 days of your order being marked delivered by logging into your account. Items must be unused, in the same condition as delivered and in their original packaging.
Approved refunds have a 15% restocking fee and $10 return shipping taken off. Got a damaged or wrong item? Email info@aesthedex.com with your order number and a photo. Full details: Refund Policy.
