Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order status is delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not automatically send your purchase back to our manufacturers. Email our customer support info@aesthedex.com for more information.

Shipping

Your order is processed and shipped within 1-7 days from our manufacturers. After its shipped, orders typically arrive within 12-35 business days.

If more than 1 item is purchased, your item will likely arrive in individual packages at different times due to different warehouse locations. This ensures your items arrive as fast as possible to your doorstep.

International orders may take an additional 7-14 days passing through customs. Special holidays and huge sales may delay time due to high demand of products.
