Returns
You can return items within 7 days from the date your order is marked as delivered. Initiate the return process in our portal within this 7-day window, and ship the package promptly after generating the shipping label. Regrettably, refunds or exchanges are not available after this period.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when delivered.
- In its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To process your return, please log into your account to submit your request. If you choose to use our prepaid shipping label, a $10 flat rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your e‑gift‑card credit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items by contacting Customer Support at info@aesthedex.com. We’ll verify the issue, provide a complimentary return label if needed, and refund your original payment method. Keep in mind you have 3 days from delivery to report a damaged or defective item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund is approved or denied. If approved, your refund—minus a 15% restocking fee and, if applicable, a $10 flat-rate return shipping fee for using our prepaid label—will be processed, and an in-store e-gift card credit will be issued within 7 business days.
Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to customer error, such as an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase or the customer relocating/moving without providing a forwarding address, we will notify you via email upon receipt of the returned item. Your refund, less a 30% restocking fee, will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account to confirm the refund has not been posted.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially processed.
- Reach out to your bank, as there may be additional processing time before the refund appears. If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer support team at info@aesthedex.com for assistance.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer support team at info@aesthedex.com for instructions.
Shipping
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. If you are eligible to receive a refund, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If you opt for our prepaid shipping label, an additional $10 flat rate return shipping fee will apply.
The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. Please note that all timelines are estimates and do not account for unforeseen delays.
