When will my order ship/arrive?

- Shipping the Order: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress. Tracking updates may take 1–5 business days to appear.
- Delivery of the Order: Your package is delivered based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery usually takes 7–25 business days, though international orders may take up to 50 business days depending on your location. During peak sales or holidays, please allow an additional 1–2 weeks for potential delays.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages due to our partnerships with various vendors worldwide. This can lead to slight differences in arrival times. To check the status of your items, use the tracking number(s) provided in your shipping confirmation email. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 10 business days for tracking information to update. Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify the delivery address once your order has been prepared or shipped. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, the ability to do so depends on the order's status. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it typically cannot be modified or canceled. However, if your order is still in the early stages (e.g., within the first 30 minutes of the order preparation period), cancellation may be possible. Orders cannot be canceled during the preparation or shipping period. You must wait to receive the order and then submit a return request. Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
