Refund Policy
Returns
Our return policy allows for returns within 7 days from the date your order is marked as delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this 7-day period.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To process your return, please contact our customer support team at info@aesthedex.com for instructions on how to proceed with your return. If you choose to use our prepaid shipping label, a $10 flat rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Invalid Return Reasons
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Change of Mind: By placing your order, you confirm your confidence in the purchase. Refunds for change of mind are not accepted.
- Inaccurate Sizing Selection: We do not provide refunds or exchanges due to incorrect size choices. When ordering, you agree to review the product description and size charts. For certain items, we recommend ordering one or two sizes up and measuring your body to select the appropriate size using our size charts as a reference. Please refer to our Sizing Guide for more details.
Note: If you received a size different from what you ordered, this policy does not apply. Please contact info@aesthedex.com to resolve the issue.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund, less a 15% restocking fee and, if applicable, a $10 flat rate return shipping fee for using our prepaid shipping label, will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to customer error, such as an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase or the customer relocating/moving without providing a forwarding address, we will notify you via email upon receipt of the returned item. Your refund, less a 30% restocking fee, will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account to confirm the refund has not been posted.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially processed.
- Reach out to your bank, as there may be additional processing time before the refund appears. If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer support team at info@aesthedex.com for assistance.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer support team at info@aesthedex.com for instructions.
Shipping
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. If you are eligible to receive a refund, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If you opt for our prepaid shipping label, an additional $10 flat rate return shipping fee will apply.
The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. Please note that all timelines are estimates and do not account for unforeseen delays.
